Terms and Conditions

1. The Kidz About Kidz Club entitles the registered family to 20% off entry (peak or off-peak, 7 days a week) and 10% off their party balance. Please note this is only valid against standard Kidz Parties, and doesn't include Build-your-own Teddy Parties or Exclusive use.  The card is only for use by the registered family, use of the card will be closely monitored, anyone found misusing their card, will have their membership withdrawn.

2. Membership is valid for 12 months. 

3. Please inform a member of staff if you have lost your card, there will be a charge of £1 for new cards issued.

4. Cards must be shown on each visit before the till transaction begins or the discount will not be honoured on that visit.

5. The Kidz Club discount cannot be used in-conjunction with any other offers.

6. Kidz About will not tolerate any form of abusive or threatening behaviour towards any member of Kidz About staff, or any other person present on the premises. Parents/Guardians or Childminders are responsible for the behaviour of children in their care at all times.  Continuous anti-social behaviour will result in the termination of the membership and you will be asked to leave the centre with no refund offered.

 6. The Management reserve the right to withdraw membership if the holders are in breach of the Rules of Play, or the card is found to be being used by other parties other than those registered.

7. The Management reserve the right to amend the T&C’s of membership at any time. In all cases of dispute the Management’s decision is final.

8. Standard entry charges are subject to change; however the 20% discount will still be applied.
